Staying with the animal theme, I’ve put up another wild creature, well, urban wild. I wonder how well the cookie diet works for this rodent? This city has a large black squirrel population. Washington, DC does as well and I think that the squirrel populations in these two nations’ capitals are distantly related. I read that somewhere. Enough hints, where was this taken?

My guess would be that the squirrel is on top of a decorative lid of a garbage can.

Boy, I'm really not keeping the photo blog going. I have a file filled with thousands of pictures yet I'm not getting them posted. It's just a busy time of year.
Although Anna is technically right (hi Anna), this picture was taken in Ottawa, the capital of Canada. It is a beautiful city if you ever want to visit.
